Organized by One Corporate Events, the Wellness Destination Retreat was a 3-day retreat with female executives from Manila participating in the event. Coach Cookie held sessions that offered a journey to self-awareness and empowerment.
1ST CARAGA MENTAL HEALTH FAIR

The 1st Caraga Mental Health Fair was made possible by DOH and events management, Terra Nostra. 200 Participants from various government and private agencies experienced a one-of-a-kind fair that equipped them to learning more about their mental health. Coach Cookie spearheaded two sessions which touched on communicating your truth and stress debriefing.

Unable to be at this event in person, the organizers made sure that her message would still be heard by playing the video recording of her talk on Loving Your Mind.

This integrated team building event was led by Coach Cookie with participants engaging in a fun, superhero-themed Amazing Race inspired, out-of-the-box team enhancing activities. This 1st ever BIR Regional Team Building event was a massive success for each participant and strategically equipped them to function as one integrated, cohesive team.
